Free shipping on orders $75+: (3-7 business days)

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery times vary based on the shipping method you choose. Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days after processing.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please reach out immediately. While changes are time-sensitive, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Returns
We want you to love your IKI Skin Care products. If you’re not fully satisfied, you can return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Eligibility: Products must be unopened and unused.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
